It seems like one of World Wonder Ring Stardom's founders was let go by the business. Rossi Ogawa, the company's founder and booker, was fired by Stardom President Taro Okada for allegedly stealing talent from the all-women's pro wrestling organization.

Ogawa's prior responsibilities will be assumed by President Okada and Merchandise Manager Oyama, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Ogawa had started to be fired by Bushiroad Fight leadership around nine months before, so he first gave notice to the firm, which Stardom took. Ogawa's original termination date was February 18, and the last performance he oversaw took place in Osaka on February 4. Following the performance on February 4, the firm made the decision to terminate Ogawa, citing accusations of talent poaching as justification.

After leaving Stardom in 2023, Giulia, a celebrity on Stardom, is said to be joining WWE; however, it is unclear whether this is connected to the supposed search. Under Bushiroad, Stardom is a corporate partner of New Japan Pro-Wrestling. The company's talent has served as the foundation for the NJPW's first IWGP Women's Championship, which took place in November 2022. Mayu Iwatani, the reigning champion, is said to have served as the titleholder for the longest. The champion is presently the subject of a movie based on his life, which is Stardom's current star contract.

Tony Khan, the president of AEW, expressed his joy at Ogawa's dismissal by posting "Bye Rossi" on In which it was alleged that Ogawa had meddled in issues involving Khan and AEW.
