Entry to Malaysia Without a Visa Anwar Ibrahim, the prime minister of Malaysia, said that as of December 1, residents of China and India would be able to enter the country without a visa for stays of up to 30 days. During an address at his People's Justice Party conference late on Sunday night, Anwar made the news. He did not, however, specify the duration of the visa exemption.
