 Third acquisition for LS Digital following Langoor and F1 Studioz is Social Panga

India's largest platform for comprehensive marketing will be the newly launched creative agency.

According to a statement from the company, Social Panga has been bought by LS Digital (previously Logicserve Digital), the leading provider of digital marketing services in India. The integrated creative agency will join the six-pillar architecture of LS Digital, which already includes Media, UI/UX, Creative & Communication, CX (MarTech), Data & Insights, and Tech Innovations.

The third acquisition made by LS Digital. It bought Langoor Digital and F1 Studioz last year.

It is a big step towards achieving the objective of developing a whole spectrum of services in India for the global market, the statement added.

In addition to Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi, Social Panga has over 150 clients and a staff of over 350 people. The Yellow Shutter, an internal video production division, has produced over 100 commercial videos.
