 Ranchi: Three Naseem Ansari murder suspects were sentenced to life in jail following a seven-year trial


The three defendants in the Naseem Ansari murder case have been given life sentences by the Ranchi court of Additional Judicial Commissioner Dinesh Rai. In the Naseem Ansari murder case, the court gave life sentences to Moeed Ansari, Imran Khan, and Mukhtar Ansari. On August 23, the court had found all three guilty. A murder of Naseem occurred on June 20, 2016.


Ranchi: The three defendants found guilty in the murder of Naseem Ansari have been given life sentences by the Additional Judicial Commissioner Dinesh Rai's court.




In the Naseem Ansari murder case, the court convicted Moeed Ansari, Imran Khan, and Mukhtar Ansari to life in prison.


Imran Khan, Mukhtar Ansari, and Moeed Ansari each received fines of Rs 40,000 and Rs 20,000, respectively. If the fine is not paid, an extra six to nine months will be spent in jail.


On August 23, all three were found guilty

On August 23, the court had found all three guilty. A murder of Naseem occurred on June 20, 2016. In regards to the event, Rajab Ansari had filed a FIR at the Sadar police station.


APP Parmanand Yadav had introduced 25 witnesses at the case's hearing. Because Naseem interfered with the land purchase, he was killed by supplying betel nut.


The assailant had communication with Moid Khan

Imran Khan, the primary assailant, was in contact with Moeed Khan both before and after the event, the police discovered through their call detail inquiry.


For killing Naseem, Imran Khan received a supari of one lakh rupees. 40,000 rupees had already been paid out of this total. The aforementioned sum was put into his personal bank account.
