In a response to intense opposition sloganeering in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Modi said, "We keep nation first."
In response to the Motion of Thanks on the President's Address in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on Tuesday. I am dedicated, PM Modi said, '24x7 till 2047'.
PM Modi said, "We keep India first in policy and governance," as the opposition leaders chanted loudly behind him.
"Putting the country and India first is our one and only goal. 'India first' has been the guiding principle of all of our policies, decisions, and efforts. The goal of 'Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas' has been our government's focus for the last ten years. This nation has long been familiar with appeasement politics and governance models. PM Modi said, "We have advanced with the concept of'santushtikaran' (satisfaction), not appeasement.
Prime Minister Modi made a jab at the opposition by stating that he could relate to the "pain of those who lost badly after continuously spreading lies".
Speaker of the Lok Sabha Om Birla chastised the opposition leaders for continuing to raise chants and cause a disturbance during PM Modi's speech.
