Elon Musk Claims To Have Used X Record During US Presidential Debate

Minute-by-minute discussion of the US presidential debate increased by "19 times from the start of the broadcast to its peak 90 minutes in," according to X.

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, said on Saturday that record numbers of people used his social media platform X during the first-ever TV presidential debate between US President Joe Biden and his opponent, US President Donald Trump.

The US presidential debate's minute-by-minute discussion, according to X, increased by "19 times from the start of the broadcast to its peak 90 minutes in."

The business said that throughout the debate, the scope of the worldwide discussion on X was astounding.

The social networking site said, "We've tracked over 2 billion impressions with over 242 million video views and 2 million posts." According to the tech mogul, "record usage of X occurred during the US presidential debate."

"X was going crazy during the debate," a user wrote. Large viewers watched X live broadcasts throughout the debate as well.

Wonderful outcome of letting people talk about it openly without the "Censorship Complex" banhammer looming over them, said another X user.

In the meanwhile, President Biden denied that he would stand down, as several Democrats who were dissatisfied with his performance had urged, and said he "did well" in the discussion with former President Trump.

Telling a reporter, "I think we did well," was President Biden. However, a lot of Democrats were worried that President Biden may not be able to defeat the likely Republican candidate, former President Trump.
