This is the fourth launch to reach sales of Rs 2000+ crore in the National Capital Region (NCR) in a year, after the success of Godrej Tropical Isle last year.
The Godrej Jardinia project, situated in Sector 146, Noida, has seen the sale of almost 650 residences valued at over Rs 2,000 crore, according to Godrej Properties Ltd. In terms of sales value, this is GPL's most successful launch in Noida.
Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, said, "Noida, Delhi Report Phrase is an extremely important market for Godrej Properties, whereas we will look for ways to expand our presence in the city in the years ahead."

With easy proximity to major transportation hubs, entertainment districts, Film City, Jewar Airport, the metro, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the Yamuna Expressway, Sector 146 is a residential region that is rapidly expanding.
Eight of the ten land lots that Godrej Properties purchased outright previous fiscal year were used to build home projects that would cost over Rs 21,000 crore. The corporation wants to acquire more packages in order to achieve Rs 20,000 crore in sales bookings for the current fiscal year. Godrej Properties announced the addition of ten additional projects with an estimated future booking value of Rs 21,225 crore in a recent investor presentation. The corporation had set a target of Rs 15,000 crore for new business growth in the previous fiscal year. This included buying property entirely and working with landowners to develop it jointly.
