Neuralink, Elon Musk's brain implant startup, has relocated its corporate headquarters from Delaware to Nevada.


Neuralink, a brain implant startup founded by Elon Musk, has moved its registered office from Delaware to Nevada. The modification was made in response to legal troubles Musk had in Delaware, including payment concerns and his acquisition of Twitter.


Musk said in a January tweet that no firm should be incorporated in Delaware, which prompted this action. "Never incorporate your company in the state of Delaware," he said.


Following Judge Kathleen McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery's decision on the $56 billion pay of the CEO of Tesla, Musk made remarks. According to Judge McCormick, it was a "immense sum."


Not all of Elon Musk's businesses have reincorporated outside of Delaware, including Neuralink. The wealthiest person on the planet earlier renamed Ax's firm from Twitter and relocated it from Delaware to Nevada. According to a communication to the company's shareholders as well as the Nevada Secretary of State's office, the transfer of Delaware to Nevada was finalized on February 8.

Philip Mao, a lawyer for Neuralink, refused to comment to Bloomberg.

According to Musk, this gadget would eventually enable anybody to operate computers, phones, and a host of other gadgets just by thinking.
