The DDA penthouse sale is scheduled to begin on January 5.


Under its Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will hold an online auction on January 5 at 11 a.m. for penthouses and ultra-luxury flats in Dwarka.


The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will hold an online auction to sell 1,147 units in total, including 170 ultra luxury flats and 14 duplex penthouses. There will be 963 mid-segment flats up for sale in Dwarka and Lok Nayak Puram. The auction is scheduled to start at 11 am. As part of this housing effort, 946 3BHK HIG (High Income Group) apartments will also be put up for separate auction on January 6.


The e-auction for MIG apartments and duplex penthouses will begin at 11 a.m. and end at 12 p.m., according to a senior DDA official. In a similar vein, the Super HIG apartment e-auction will begin at 3 p.m. on January 5 and end at 4 p.m.


The authority is selling fourteen duplex penthouses, each with four bedrooms and 424 square meters of plinth space. A residential complex overlooking the future 18-hole golf course in Sector 24 is offering luxury flats and penthouses in Dwarka Sector 19B. Eleven skyscrapers make up the complex, whose estimated construction cost is Rs 700 crore.


Along with greater green areas than typical in premium home projects in Sector 19B, the penthouses will also have terrace gardens. The mid-segment flats are available in Lok Nayak Puram, a West Delhi neighborhood constructed by the DDA, and Dwarka Sector 14.


Registrations for MIG flats and luxury apartments, including penthouses, opened on November 30.


Determining the price

According to officials, after consulting with real estate specialists on the cost of the apartments, the e-auction method for assigning the luxury and MIG segments was selected. According to officials, these flats are situated in desirable areas close to a conference center, a metro station, and the IGI airport.
