The temple, which is 380 feet long, 249.5 feet wide, and 161.75 feet high, was constructed to survive a millennium.

L&T, an engineering and construction business, said on Sunday that it was responsible for the design and building of the Ram temple located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. On Monday, the much anticipated Ram temple will be dedicated. The temple will open to the public the day after the ceremonies, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend.


According to a statement from the building business, Larsen & Toubro successfully planned and built the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, establishing a new standard for architectural magnificence, on the directive of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. The temple is located on a 70-acre compound with buildings influenced by the historic Nagara style.


The temple, which is 380 feet long, 249.5 feet wide, and 161.75 feet high, was constructed to survive a millennium. Together with the main shikara, the three-story temple will include five pavilions: a dance pavilion, a color pavilion, an esoteric pavilion, a kirtan pavilion, as well as a prayer pavilion.
