Delhi, New. There is good news for the millions of consumers who are taking out house loans. A decrease in interest rates has been made to house loans by Bank of Maharashtra (BOM). The interest rate was lowered by the bank from 0.15 percent to 8.35 percent. As a new year's gift to its clients, the bank has subtracted this interest rate.

In addition, the Bank of Maharashtra announced a reduction in the processing fee for housing loans. The bank said that the fact that house loans have the added advantage of low interest rates and processing fees is evidence of its dedication to meeting the requirements of all of its clients and offering superior financing options.

The bank said that in order to appease clients, it is lowering the cost of retail loans in the present high interest rate environment. The bank claims that by making this offer, it is providing house loans at one of the lowest interest rates in the banking sector. Under their "New Year blast offer," the bank has already eliminated processing costs for retail gold loans, auto loans, and house loans.
