At this unique event at the Brigade Parade Ground, around a hundred thousand individuals from many walks of life sung the sacred lyrics of the Bhagavad Gita together.

People from all socioeconomic classes and age groups flocked to the famous location dressed in traditional clothing, joining the venerated saints in reciting passages from the holy book. BJP state president Sukant Majumdar said, "The Bhagavad Gita is India's greatest gift to the world," in reflection on the occasion. The people making light of this occasion don't respect Hinduism or its customs." There's no deference. Those attempting to do this by separating Hindus will be unsuccessful in their endeavors."

The poems were being aggressively recited by prominent members of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leadership and the Bengal BJP unit. Approximately 120,000 individuals registered to attend the event, according to the organizers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his confidence that the recitations of the Bhagavad Gita by a large gathering of people coming from diverse backgrounds will not only increase social harmony but also integrate energy into the country's development journey on Sunday, extending his best wishes for the 'Lokkhe Konthe Geeta Path' program in Kolkata.
