Notice of PNB KYC Online Update: According to PNB, clients whose KYC accounts have not yet been updated have received two reminders from the bank by SMS on their registered cellphone number and letter at their registered address.

PNB KYC Update: In order to guarantee seamless account operations in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, Punjab National Bank has requested that its clients update their KYC data by December 18, 2023.

How can the KYC procedure be completed offline?

PNB clients must provide their Aadhaar branch with up-to-date KYC information, such as evidence of identification, proof of residence, a current picture, PAN, proof of income, and, if unavailable, a cellphone number.

How can the KYC procedure be completed online?

This may be accomplished by the user via PNB One, Internet Banking Services (IBS), registered email or postal mail, or in-person branch visits.

Please take note that clients whose accounts have not had their KYC updated as of September 30, 2023, are subject to this deadline.
