According to an L&T filing to the BSE, the company has been awarded the contract for the engineering, supply, building, installation, testing, and commissioning of a substation in the United Arab Emirates.


Control and monitoring systems for transformers, reactors, and substations are also included in this scope.


The company has been given an order to build overhead transmission lines and related subterranean cable interconnections in Kuwait.


This transmission line, which is more than 100 kilometers long, will aid in the extraction and production of electricity.


The orders were received in addition to the region's existing substation order, according to the document.
