List of Holidays for Central Government Employees in 2024: Information on the holidays that central employees will get in the next year has been updated. The government has made available the central workers' vacation schedule for 2024. The federal workers now have the choice between two optional and fourteen mandatory vacations from the Modi administration.


List of Holidays for Central Government Employees in 2024: Regarding the holidays that central personnel will get in the new year, there has been an update. The government has made available the central workers' vacation schedule for 2024. The federal workers now have the choice between two optional and fourteen mandatory vacations from the Modi administration. DOPT has issued an order in response to this.


Central staff' holiday schedule is publicized.


The holidays outlined in the decree shall be observed in all federal government offices located in Delhi and New Delhi starting in 2024. In addition, each employee will be permitted to take an additional two optional holidays from the list provided. The dates of the vacations for the Delhi and New Delhi offices on Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Zuha, Muharram, and Eid-e-Milad have not changed. This will depend on how visible the moon is.



Mandatory vacations


These holidays, with the exception of the three, will be observed mandatory at the central government offices.
