Update on Mumbai real estate: Ranveer Singh sells two Goregaon homes for Rs 15.25 lakh

Mumbai real estate news: Singh has additional properties in addition to the property in Goregaon. The actor reportedly paid Rs 119 crore for a quadruplex apartment in Bandra West in 2022.
Bollywood star Ranveer Singh sold two apartments for Rs 15.25 crore in the Goregaon neighborhood of Mumbai. According to records seen by online real estate consultant IndexTap.com, Singh paid Rs 4.64 crore for each of the two apartments when he bought them in December 2014.
The two apartments are in Mumbai's Goregaon East neighborhood's Oberoi Exquisite, a building by Oberoi Realty. The structure lies near Oberoi Mall on the Western Express Highway.
The two apartments each have 1,324 square feet of useable space and six parking spaces. The documentation states that each apartment's stamp duty cost Rs 45.75 lakh.
The records indicated that the sale was recorded on November 6. The paperwork state that the apartment was sold to a person who lived in the same community.
A question was submitted to Singh; there was no reply.

Sagar Resham, Bandstand, Bandra West is a building where actor Ranveer Singh Bhavnani and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani become directors. Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP purchased an apartment on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors, respectively.
Stamp tax on the property was Rs 7.13 crore, while the agreed value was Rs 118.94 crore. The home has 11,266 square feet of carpet and 1,300 square feet of patio space. There were 19 parking places for cars on the premises.
Bollywood celebrities Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor are also linked to recent real estate transactions in Mumbai. Kumar had sold music director Daboo Malik a 1,281-square-foot house in Andheri West in 2022 for Rs 6 crore.
For about Rs 32 crore, Kapoor sold her opulent 5,533 square foot condo in the Bandra Kurla Complex.
