Q2 PAT for Sun TV Networks increases 14% to Rs 464.5 crore

The broadcaster Sun TV Networks Ltd, situated in South India, said on Friday that its consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) for the September quarter increased by 14.05 percent to Rs 464.54 crore. In the same time last year, Sun TV Network posted a PAT of Rs 407.31 crore, according to a regulatory filing.
Its operational income increased from Rs 825.65 crore to Rs 1,048.45 crore throughout that time, a 26.98% increase. The entire costs of Sun TV Networks increased by 45.92 percent to Rs 541.06 crore. Its overall revenue increased to Rs 1,160.21 crore, or 26.8%.
