New Rules Effective Today, November 1, 2023: As the new month begins, so do the new regulations. And right in the middle of the holiday season, something unexpected happened today. LPG cylinder prices have increased once again. New guidelines for GST challan are also being adopted concurrently. Let's examine the whole list.

1. LPG Cost

Oil marketing companies (OMCs) throughout the nation have increased the price of a 19 kilogram commercial LPG cylinder by Rs 101.50 today. It now costs ₹ 1680 in Delhi, ₹ 1802.50 in Kolkata, ₹ 1640 in Mumbai, and ₹ 1852 in Chennai after today's rise. Domestic cylinder rates, however, remain the same.

2. Updates for oil corporations

The government has raised the windfall tax on petroleum crude in response to the growing price of crude oil. However, the windfall tax on the export of fuel and ATF has been lowered. It has excluded gasoline from its purview. The growth in ATF has slowed down after three straight increases. The cost of ATF has dropped by Rs 1074/KL, but it's unclear that this would have an effect on airfare since demand for air travel is robust and the biggest airline, IndiGo, has added a fuel fee.

Three. Transaction Fees on the BSE

On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), transaction fees for trading in the equity derivatives section have gone up. Retail investors and traders will be directly impacted by this. S&P BSE Sensex options will be subject to the new modifications, particularly those with quick expiration contracts. Only S&P BSE Sensex options are covered by this. Transaction fees in other stock derivative contracts have not changed.

4. GST Record

The GST invoice is subject to a new regulation. Companies with annual revenue more than Rs 100 crore are required to submit their GST invoices online within 30 days of the transaction.

5. Kindle Document

Amazon no longer allows Mobi files to be transferred to Kindles. Mobi files cannot be sent to Kindles on iOS, Android, Windows, or Mac via email or the "Send to Kindle" function will no longer work. Files in recently supported formats, such as EPUB, may be sent.
