LPG Price Increase: In response to the general sense of inflation, oil marketing firms raised the price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder by Rs 101.50 on November 1st.

Commercial gas cylinders are now priced at a premium of Rs 101.50. The new charges are effective as of this Wednesday, i.e. First November, 2023. Following this rise, a 19 kilogram LPG cylinder in Delhi's capital now costs Rs 1833. The price of a commercial gas cylinder was up by Rs 209 earlier on October 1.


The cost of a household LPG cylinder has not changed.


The cost of a 19 kilogram commercial LPG cylinder has gone up, while the cost of a household LPG cylinder has remained the same according to oil marketing organizations. A household LPG cylinder costs Rs 903 in Delhi, the nation's capital, while a 14-kg cylinder costs Rs 929 in Kolkata. LPG costs Rs 902.5 in Mumbai, whilst the cost of a home gas cylinder in Chennai is Rs 918.5.


In big cities, the cost of a commercial gas cylinder


Following this rise, a commercial gas cylinder in Delhi now costs Rs 1833. In Kolkata, the price of a 19 kilogram gas cylinder is now Rs 1943. In Chennai, a commercial gas cylinder would cost Rs 1999.50, while in Mumbai, it will cost Rs 1785.50.


There is no shift in the cost of gasoline and diesel.


In addition, the costs of gasoline and diesel have not changed at all according to oil marketing firms. Diesel costs Rs 89.62 per liter and petrol costs Rs 96.72 per liter in the nation's capital, Delhi. In Mumbai, a litre of petrol costs Rs 106.31, while a litre of diesel costs Rs 94.27. In Chennai, a liter of gasoline costs Rs 102.63, while a liter of diesel costs Rs 94.24. Concurrently, diesel is priced at Rs 92.76 per liter in Kolkata, while petrol is available for Rs 106.03 per liter.
