TMC MP Moitra is the target of a complaint filed by Advocate Dehadrai with Delhi Police for "trespassing, criminal intimidation."

Although Moitra acknowledges that he used her login information, he has disputed any financial implications, claiming that the majority of MPs exchange their login information with other parties.

According to a police official, advocate Jai Anant Dehadrai filed a complaint against Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra by Delhi Police on Tuesday for allegedly "trespassing," "criminal intimidation," along with "breach of peace" at his home.

The police officer said, "We will look into it," after receiving the complaint in question at the Hauz Khas police station. in the moment, Moitra is in the center of a "cash-for-query" dispute. The Lok Sabha's Ethics Committee is investigating the claims against her, which were made by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on the basis on data provided by Dehadrai. The TMC MP, who was referring to Dehadrai, had previously written off the accusations as a "jilted ex’s lies". Dehadrai filed a lawsuit on Tuesday stating that Moitra visited his home on November 5 and November 6.

"It is quite concerning to me since Moitra has a history of bringing false criminal charges against me, falsely accusing me of crimes like trespassing and criminal intimidation, and then withdrawing the same in writing. I have already notified the police commissioner on October 19 and October 21, respectively, about the false and fraudulent complaints Moitra had brought against me with the intention of using them as leverage to make me give up custody of my pet dog. I have also alerted the commissioner to the very real risk to my life that I anticipate due to the complaints I have filed with the CBI against Moitra as well as her associates," Dehadrai stated in his complaint.

He said that Moitra was intimidating him by using his pet as a "excuse to come personally" to his house. He said Moitra was "uninvited" to his home. He said Delhi Police should look into the situation, file a formal complaint against Moitra in accordance with the relevant legal laws, and take the required measures. He also insisted on having security supplied for him. The TMC MP is accused by BJP MP Dubey, who initiated the Ethics Committee procedures with his complaint against Moitra to Speaker Om Birla of the Lok Sabha, of posing questions in the Lok Sabha with the intention of targeting the Adani Group at the request of businessman Darshan Hiranandani in return for bribery.

He said that Hiranandani was the one who submitted inquiries from various locations, mostly Dubai, using her login. Although Moitra acknowledges that he used her login information, he has disputed any financial implications, claiming that the majority of MPs exchange their login information with other parties.
