The winners of the 2023 BEAUTY&YOU Awards in India are being revealed by The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) in collaboration with NYKAA, a prominent omnichannel beauty and lifestyle store in India. BEAUTY&YOU India is an awards program that was established in July 2022 by ELC's New Incubation Ventures (NIV) in collaboration with NYKAA. Its mission is to identify, highlight, and support the next generation of Indian-focused beauty pioneers, innovators, and creatives.


A panel of esteemed industry professionals, including Katrina Kaif, actress and co-founder of Kay Beauty; Bhumi Pednekar, actor, investor, climate warrior, and UNDP ambassador; Prudvi Kaka, Chief Scientific Officer, DECIEM; Gaurav Gupta, couturier, artist, along with designer; Masaba Gupta, designer, actor, as well as founder of HOUSE OF MASABA as well as LOVECHILD BY MASABA; Anaita Shroff Adajania, CEO, Style Cell; and representatives from ELC, NYKAA, Intercos, and Peak XV Partners, witnessed the presentations of the twenty-seven finalists. The ideas presented by the finalists range from ground-breaking product innovation to reinventing skin care and scent traditions.


On November 2, 2023, during an awards ceremony held at Snowball Studios in Mumbai, the winners—who are mentioned below—were revealed. A competitive judging procedure was used by the panel of judges to independently choose the winners for the breakthrough, which was Create, Grow, Imagine, and Impact categories. The Community category winners were chosen via an examination of social interaction and an impartial vote procedure on www.beautyandyouawards.com.

Experts in branding, product development, marketing, and investment from ELC and NYKAA examined all of the applications and narrowed it down to the ten most intriguing concepts and brands before choosing the winners. The winners of the awards will have access to the networks and knowledge of ELC and NYKAA across the beauty ecosystem, fostering new concepts that raise the profile of Indian voices and fill gaps in the market. BEAUTY&YOU India will provide financial assistance, ongoing mentoring, enhanced exposure, and distribution help to the winners, in addition to other resources.
