Odisha Assembly's winter session begins on November 21
The tentative schedule indicated that at least 23 days would be set aside for official business and six days for private member's business (bills and resolutions).
Before the Lok Sabha and Odisha Assembly elections take place the next year, this Assembly session is probably the final one.
A notice sent on Saturday states that the Odisha Legislative Assembly's winter session will start on November 21. The session will last for thirty working days, ending on December 30.
The tentative schedule indicated that at least 23 days would be set aside for official business and six days for private person's business (bills and resolutions). On November 27 for Rasa Purnima and December 25 for Christmas, the Assembly will be shut. November 25 and 26 will not see a House meeting.
Before the Lok Sabha and Odisha Assembly elections take place the next year, this Assembly session is probably the final one.
