Infosys: Exciting news for staff members! The major work-from-home announcement from Infosys came after that of TCS

Infosys Work From Home Policy: In response to the Covid-19 outbreak, TCS has urged over 6.14 lakh of its workers to go to work, hence terminating the WFH policy.

Work From Home Policy: According to Nilanjan Roy, CFO of Infosys, the second-largest IT business in the nation, the company does not now recruit new employees on college campuses. He said that the business would respect the employment offer it made. Last year, the corporation hired 50,000 young people. According to CEO Salil Parekh of the organization, there is a growing number of workers who come into the office and work. He did, however, add that the business wishes to continue operating with flexibility.

Thousands of workers requested to report to work.

When it comes to workers reporting to work and attending meetings, Infosys is not like TCS. With the conclusion of the WFH policy implemented during the Covid-19 epidemic, TCS has requested that over 6.14 lakh of its workers go to work. Roy said, "We hired 50,000 young people right out of college last year." They were employed before to the need, therefore they are still with us. Naturally, we are educating them about artificial intelligence and other topics. We don't currently visit the campus, but we'll investigate this every three months based on our forecast for the future.

Hiring will begin as soon as the project is completed.

He said that the business would recruit when the project is ready and will respect the appointment offers given. In response to a query about the Israel-Hamas war, CEO Parekh said that every employee of the organization is secure in Israel. He said that the majority of its workers in Israel are natives, although he would not say how many exactly work there. We are sorry about what is happening there, and we have business in that area of Israel. Every employee of ours is secure.
