Gulshan Jha scores his first half-century in the Asia qualifier final of the T20 World Cup

During the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier Final on Sunday at the T.U. Cricket field in Kathmandu, Gulshan Jha achieved his first-ever fifty wickets in T20Is with a brilliant stroke play with the bat.

When Jha arrived to the crease, Nepal was struggling to reach 60 runs after losing four wickets in the tenth over. With four sixes and five boundaries in a counterattack against the Oman bowling attack, he reached his first fifty in only twenty balls.

With a 78-run collaboration for the fifth wicket, captain Rohit Paudel as well as Jha helped Nepal recover from the early deficit.

Nepal completed the innings at 184 for 6, having added 124 runs in the last 10 overs.

In addition, Rohit mentioned his sixth fifty in 36 balls in T20I. Near the end, Karan KC scored a cameo of 20 runs off of only 6 balls.
