Biden claims that Hamas struck Israel to disrupt a historic accord with Saudi Arabia in the Day 15 LIVE updates of the Israel-Hamas conflic

Two American ladies taken prisoner in Gaza were released by Hamas.

President Joe Biden said on Friday that he believed one of the reasons Hamas attacked Israel was to prevent Israel from normalizing ties with Saudi Arabia.

The incident on October 7 fell on a significant Jewish holiday. 1,400 Israelis and 4,137 Palestinians have died as a result of Israel's retaliatory bombings, which have put the world on edge and the United States in the difficult position of attempting to prevent the conflict from spreading. After the first attack, Hamas also took more than 200 captives.

The Abraham Accords were the name given to the normalization drive that started during the previous administration of President Donald Trump. It is an ambitious attempt to fundamentally alter the area and elevate Israel's position. However, some have cautioned that it ignores the Palestinians' quest for statehood.

Iraqi militias with ties to Iran advise American troops to withdraw or risk more assaults.

U.S. soldiers "must leave immediately," according to a group of Iranian-backed militias in Iraq, or their bases would continue to be attacked.

Recently, militant organizations have attacked American outposts in Iraq and Syria with rocket and drone assaults; the majority of these attacks were attributed to the Islamic Resistance in Iraq. According to the organization, the strikes are punishment for Washington's backing of Israel and a warning not to become involved in the conflict between Israel and Hamas.

The militias issued a statement saying, "These are only warning messages to them, as well as serious work has not yet begun."

In order to prevent an Israeli ground assault into Gaza, the message warned to "watch the border with Jordan carefully." Nothing further was provided.

Biden claims that a historic deal with Saudi Arabia was one of the reasons Hamas attacked Israel.

President Joe Biden said on Friday that he believed one of the reasons Hamas attacked Israel was to prevent Israel from repairing ties with Saudi Arabia.

At a campaign event, Mr. Biden said that "one of the reasons... why Hamas moved on Israel is because they knew I was about to sit down with the Saudis." The American president said that he believes that Hamas terrorists carried out a horrific attack on October 7 because, "Guess what? The Saudis wanted to officially recognize Israel, and they were getting close.

Jerusalem and Riyadh had been progressively moving toward normalization, and Mr. Biden had been attempting to help bring the two nations together by announcing intentions to collaborate on a maritime corridor in September at the Group of 20 summit in India.

In a meeting with Vice President Biden in September, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, "I think that under your management, Mr. President, we can forge a historic peace both Israel and Saudi Arabia."
