Sensex Today: Results for LTIMindtree Q2: L&T unit declares a 20-rupee interim dividend, increasing net profit to 8,905.4 crore.

A division of Larsen & Toubro, LTI Mindtrees, announced an interim dividend along with its second-quarter (Q2) financial results for the fiscal year FY24 on Wednesday. A 20 rupee interim dividend having a face value of one rupee per equity share was declared by the firm. The record date for this dividend has been set as October 27, 2023, according to the stock market filing.

According to the statement, "The interim dividend will be paid within 30 days after declaration to those shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners submitted by the Depositories as on Friday, October 27, 2023, being the 'Record Date' designated for the purpose.

Live Sensex: Wipro Q2 Results 5 fully owned subsidiaries are given board approval to consolidate into "Wipro Ltd."

On Wednesday, October 18, Wipro announced that its board has approved the merger of five fully owned businesses with "Wipro Ltd." Wipro is supported by Azim Premji. The five subsidiaries are Sandeep HR Services, Wipro Overseas IT Services, Wipro Technical Product Services, Wipro Trademark Holding, while Wipro VLSI Design Services, according to the company's regulatory filings with the stock markets. The total income, as reported in Wipro's regulatory filing, was Rs 22,515.9 crore. Wipro announced sales of 22,539.7 crore for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2022.
