Assembly Elections 2023: On Friday, BJP members assembled to JP Nadda's home, the party's national president. The Central Election Committee will meet today to deliberate strategy for the forthcoming elections in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Telangana, according to media reports from Thursday.




Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, Vasundhara Raje, Pralhad Joshi, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Kailash Chaudhary, Satish Poonia, Kuldeep Bishnoi, Arun Singh, Rajendra Rathore, co-election in-charge Nitin Patel, and co-in-charge Vijaya Rahatkar are among the BJP leaders in attendance.


The BJP wants to have important conversations on issues that will determine its future course of action as the political landscape in all three of the states—Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Telangana—continues to change.


This gathering is crucial for the BJP, which wants to strengthen its position and increase its influence in the area, given the importance of these three states in national politics.


The BJP gathering takes place while Rahul Gandhi, a former president of the Congress, is now conducting the second leg of his "Vijayabheri Yatra" in Bhupalpall.


Earlier on Wednesday, the Congress leader claimed that the BRS and BJP were working together during a rally in Mulugu.


"In Telangana, the BRS and Congress are engaged in a political battle. The BJP has been eliminated and beaten. Keep in mind, however, that the BJP wants BRS to prevail in Telangana. They are collaborating. Speaking at a public gathering in Mulugu, Rahul Gandhi remarked, "And the AIMIM is also a part of this alliance.


On October 9, the Election Commission of India (ECI) declared that the Telangana Assembly elections will take place on November 30. On December 3, the votes will be tallied.


In the 2018 assembly election, Telangana is expected to see a triangular fight between the BJP, the governing Bharat Rashtra Samithi, and the Congress.


BRS won 88 seats out of 119 in the last Assembly election, which was held in 2018, and had a commanding vote share of 47.4%. With 19 members, Congress finished in a distant second. It received 28.7% of the vote.
