The Indian Air Force (IAF) may put on an air display in Arunachal Pradesh, according to Air Marshal SP Dharkar on Sunday.

Although it is difficult to host an air show in a mountainous region like Arunachal Pradesh, Air Marshal Dharkar, the AOC-in-C of the Eastern Air Command, stated that having an air show there would still be "interesting" for the force.

His response was in response to a question on whether the IAF will ever do an air show in Arunachal Pradesh, the first-ever such demonstration of the force's air capabilities in the strategically significant state bordering China.

Air Marshal Dharkar said, "I'm sure we'll look at it. It's a fascinating concept.

He said, "Maybe you is paying for the next air show that we will hold in certain spots in Arunachal Pradesh in the near future."

The Indian Air Force (IAF) is commemorating its 91st anniversary, and on Sunday, it hosted an air display at Borjhar Station in Guwahati with a variety of choppers and fighter jets, including the Sukhoi-30 and Rafale.

Several officials from the civil, paramilitary, and defense sectors attended the event, which was hosted by Air Marshal SP Dharkar, Air Officer Commanding in Chief.

The Sarang Helicopter Display Team, known for its amazing aerial maneuvers, flew through the air to show off their excellent flying skills.

When speaking at the 91st IAF Day on Sunday, Indian Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari remarked that if India is on the road to being a developed country by 2047, the Indian Air Force must be among the finest by the time we reach our 100th birthday.

Two years ago, in my inaugural speech, I discussed my interactions with all airmen in an effort to keep the Air Force current and relevant. In my speech from the previous year, I discussed the prerequisites and transformation, as well as how multi-domain operations and hybrid warfare underscore the necessity of redefining, reimagining, and recalibrating ourselves. Making that goal a reality is what I want to concentrate on this year, said Air Chief Marshal Chaudhari.
