Lalu Pandey, also known as Prabhakar Pandey, was the second criminal detained. He was apprehended by the ATS at Pawapuri, in the Bihar district of Nalanda. He is charged with providing firearms to Naxalites who commit crimes. Regarding each of the arrests, an official statement from the ATS has been released.

Dhanbad police received assistance

The ATS is tasked with finding organised criminal groups' financial support, income sources, and stolen goods in order to take action against them. In this instance, Nitesh Kumar Singh, alias Buchan Singh, was apprehended by ATS with the assistance of the Dhanbad Police.

In Katras police station, six distinct FIRs have been filed against Nitesh in relation to allegations of extortion, deadly assault, POCSO, and the Arms Act, among other things.

On August 2, a seventh complaint was filed against him under the Explosive Substances Act and the deadly assault statute.

He had a phone that was retrieved by ATS. He provided ATS with a number of crucial details on the Aman Singh gang during questioning, and as a result, further action is being taken.

Lalu Pandey's FIR was filed on January 14

Lalu Pandey, also known as Prabhakar Pandey, was detained by the ATS in connection with the distribution of weapons and ammunition to organised crime organisations and the Naxalites. He resides at Dashrathpur, which is a sub-station of Pawapuri in Bihar's Nalanda district.

In addition, on January 14 a FIR was filed against him under the Arms Amendment Act. Since then, Lalu Pandey has been sought after.

The accused has also given ATS a cell phone. In this area, more investigation is being conducted. Lalu Pandey is being questioned by ATS to learn how many firearms and ammunition he has so far sent to which gang.
