The construction of New Noida will resemble that of Chicago, and the master plan has been authorised

According to the future Noida 2041 Master Plan, West UP's future investment centre would be located at New Noida. A new metropolis made up of 80 villages will be built in Gautam Budh Nagar, and its master plan has been authorised. The city, which will be built to resemble Chicago, will be furnished with contemporary conveniences. Both business and residential plots will be present.

Noida. DNGIR (Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region), often known as New Noida, will now serve as the hub of investment in West UP. 80 villages in DNGIR Gautam Budh Nagar will have their land purchased and settled. The New Noida Master Plan 2041 has received approval from the Board of Authority. The general public will also be asked for their concerns and recommendations. It was created by SPA (School of Planning and Architect) and the Noida Authority. About 21 000 hectares (203 sq km) will be settled for DNGIR.

Land pool will be used to purchase farmland. A 21 000 hectare breakdown map has been created. The DNGIR Master Plan 2041 makes provisions for land use that is 40% industrial, 13% residential, and 18% green area and leisure activities. Gautam Budh Nagar's 20 villages and Buldanshahr's 60 villages were combined to create DNGIR. It will be discarded upon the receipt of comments and recommendations. It will be submitted to the government for approval after being included to the forthcoming board.

There will be 6 lakh people living there

There will also be information on commercial, PSP institutional, facility/utility, water body, traffic, and transportation. It is estimated to have a total population of 6 lakh, of whom 3.5 lakh would migrate. For which units of the EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG types will be produced. In addition to this, there will be more than 2,000 hectares of residential space overall.

1 billion rupees are set out

The DNGIR has set up Rs 1,000 crore for internal development and land acquisition. Due to the MoU that was signed at the UP Global Investors Summit in February of this year, this sum would satisfy the Noida Authority's need for land. Demanding businesses will be allocated allotments in DNGIR, a city with "smart" physical infrastructure, officials claim.

Chicago Industrial Hub will serve as the paradigm for the new Noida development.

Road, rail, and air lines provide the best connectivity to Chicago Industrial Hub. Investors thus have greater possibilities here. DNGIR is similarly capable on a strategic level. It is positioned halfway between the railway line heading to Howrah and the GT Road leading to Bulandshahr. Dadri to Mumbai is the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor. Proposed eastern dedicated goods corridor from Khurja to Kolkata. Khurja to Dadri will be served by a SPUR. There will be a connection between the Eastern and Western Corridors. For both freight and aviation transportation, there is Jewar airport.
