This has also come to light during the ED inquiry. With Yogendra Tiwari, ED conducted a preliminary investigation. Once the papers are received, a comprehensive investigation will be conducted.
Illness of father has been mentioned
Amarendra Tiwari, Yogendra Tiwari's brother, was also scheduled to attend the ED's questioning. Amarendra Tiwari has written to ED requesting time due to his father Rameshwar Tiwari's sickness.
The ED searched the Kaushiki Radhika Regency Apartment in Bekarbandh, Dhanbad, and Amarendra Tiwari is the owner of flat number 402 there. After taking into account Amarendra's application, ED will now issue a second summons.
