At 11 am, a procession carrying a 200-meter tricolour departed from the Sureshwar

Mahadev Temple. It returned to the temple grounds after passing through many different city roads. The Tiranga Yatra was conducted in the hamlet of Sukurhuttu by ITBP officials and jawans. In addition to this, a yatra was organised in HEC Sector 2 on behalf of women and Rashtriya Yuva Shakti.

In some locations, members of the security forces and in other locations, schoolchildren, enthusiastically carried the tricolour.
