Six youngsters drowned in a pond and a hole near Dumka and Godda, according to the Jharkhand News


On Sunday, six kids drowned in a hole and pond filled with water in the Saraiyahat and Mahagama neighbourhoods of Dumka and Godda. The affected families and neighbourhoods for both disasters are in grief. Hemant Soren, the chief minister, MLAs Pradeep Yadav and Deepika Pandey, as well as other locals, have all expressed their profound sorrow over both occurrences at the same time.

Four children perished while bathing in a pond in Pindra village, Charkapathar panchayat, Saraiyahat block of Dumka, according to the initial occurrence. The deceased include Kundan Kumar's 12-year-old father Shyam Yadav, Rekha Kumari's 10-year-old father Subodh Manjhi, Gyanganga Kumari's 12-year-old father Chhabikant Manjhi, and Nandani Kumari's 10-year-old father Santosh Manjhi.


Cousins of the three sisters who perished in this event, 12-year-old Kundan Yadav was his parents' lone child. Each of the three brothers, Santosh Manjhi, Subodh Manjhi, and Chhavi Kant Manjhi, lost a daughter. Additionally, Shyam Yadav's home lost its lone lamp. On the other side, two kids drowned in a pit of water on Sunday in the Mohanpur-Kogatad Bahiyar neighbourhood of Godda, which is within the jurisdiction of the Mahagama police station.


Both kids had left the home to watch the goats graze. He subsequently fell into a water-filled hole. Both kids were rescued from the pit and transported to the reference hospital with the assistance of the neighbourhood residents.


The doctor at the hospital in Mahagama pronounced both of the brought youngsters dead. Rehan Ansari, the eight-year-old son of Rahim Ansari, a native of Mohanpur, and Taufiq, the eight-year-old son of Ataul Ansari, both perished in the incident.


A teenager and three kids drowned in the pond last month, killing them all. All three girls and a boy their age were playing outside on Sunday in Dumka's Saraiyahat since it was a vacation for the local school. The daughters also followed their grandma to take a bath when they saw her walking towards Patharia Pokhar with a cloth. He arrived with Kundan Kumar, who was playing with him. Grandmother began laundering clothing as soon as she arrived in Pokhar. The kids then descended to the pond to bathe.
