New Delhi: Lal Chandra Meena, a citizen of Rajasthan's Binda village in the Aklera tehsil of the Jhalawar district, has cleared the MBM Engineer College's civil engineering entrance test. He also graduated from IIT Bombay with an M. Tech in Structures. Through the famous Indian Engineer Services Examination administered by the Union Public Service Commission, LC Meena was chosen for the Military Engineer Services (Military Engineer Services).

For the military under the Ministry of Defence, it constructs runways, hangars, and other intricate buildings. As long as it serves the national interest, this service will continue to carry out building projects in accordance with the usual plans made by the Indian forces.

LC Meena is a Military Engineer Service officer in the Indian Defence Service of Engineers cadre. Construction projects are carried out by Military Engineering Services on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. Additional Director General, Northeast Guwahati, Chief Engineer, Commander Works Engineer, Goa, Fort Engineer, Nalanda, and Jamnagar are just a few of the key positions that LC Meena has previously held.
