 Jharkhand: Three livestock traffickers were detained after 36 cattle were discovered on a vehicle headed for an abattoir. Ten animal corpses were also discovered during the inquiry


36 cattle were confiscated by Raidih police, along with the vehicle carrying them to Gumla district of Jharkhand for smuggling and killing. Three livestock smugglers were being pursued and apprehended by police as they fled from the impounded vehicle. The inquiry turned up 10 deceased animals. The report stated that the smugglers were transporting the cattle to the abattoir to be killed.




Gumla: In the Jharkhand region of Gumla, police from Raidih have captured a vehicle and 36 cattle that were being trafficked and killed.


Three livestock smugglers were being pursued and apprehended by police as they fled from the impounded vehicle. The inquiry turned up 10 deceased animals.


There was a scheme to slaughter the livestock

The report stated that the smugglers were transporting the cattle to the abattoir to be killed. Armaan Ansari, a police truck driver from the Kudu district's Lohardaga village's Urumuru Baridih police station.


Aman Ansari was detained in the Khwaja Gulzar Nagar police station district of Lohardaga, and Tabrez Khan was detained in the Bajra police station district of Narkopi.


Smugglers have been apprehended during the last month

It should be mentioned that during the last month, police stations in Raidih, Chainpur, Kurumgarh, Bharno, and other locations have captured a significant number of cattle. Smugglers are being imprisoned. Nevertheless, those who smuggle animals do it without hesitation.


The in-charge of Kamdara Police Station has filed a FIR against the owner of truck JH 2 BM 4221, Yunus Ansari, of Quraisi Mohalla, district Lohardaga, and the livestock smugglers who were apprehended. Additionally, on Saturday night, the three livestock traffickers were all jailed.


Circle Inspector Baiju Oraon of Chainpur stated at a news conference held at the Raidih police station that the Raidih police station team had begun examining the cars on the route in response to the superior officer's orders and the secret intelligence concerning livestock smuggling.
