CM may ask ED for more time
Additionally, they could ask for some extra time from the ED or visit the office. On Thursday, he has a commitment in the Project Bhavan Secretariat. Earlier, on August 8 and August 14, the ED had summoned him.
The validity was contested
On August 14, the Chief Minister skipped the ED office. He had sought for the ED's summons to be removed because he disputed its legitimacy. Only after that did the ED call him in for a second time.
