According to the court's ruling, the CBI will look into the claims of Vijay Hansda about the filing of a petition in the High Court in his name, as well as the unlawful mining in Sahibganj.

Vijay Hansda's motion was denied by the court on August 17, and he was urged to drop his case.

They are unfamiliar with both the actual and hypothetical advocate. The attorney resides in Latehar. Although he lives in Santal Pargana. On his behalf, there was a need for an impartial investigation into the filing of the SC-ST lawsuit, for which he was getting threats.

The petitioner informed the court during the hearing that the Registrar General is the appropriate party to look into the alleged irregularities. He should be in charge of an investigation.

The court then declared that the situation is very severe. This issue involves those who have access to authority. The CBI should look into this scenario in this case.

What is the petition by Vijay Hansda?

Please let people know that the ED is looking into illicit mining in Sahibganj based on a complaint from Vijay Hansda. Vijay Hansda said in his complaint that unlawful mining was taking place in Nimbu Pahar, close to his Sahibganj hamlet.

He was intimidated and imprisoned in a fabricated case when he attempted to stop unlawful mining. Following this, Vijay Hansda accused Pankaj Mishra and others in a SC-ST case, but the police have not yet taken any action.

In the Sahibganj illegal mining case, the ED has called Vijay Hansda as a witness. It should be noted that Vijay Hansda also reported the threat on August 17 by submitting a police report to Ranchi's Jagannathpur police station.
