At 1.30 am on Friday, gunmen opened fire on Kundan Singh, a resident of Jamshedpur district's Lal Building Railway Colony, which is near Bagbeda police station. He was shot close to his right thigh. Due to the uproar, the shooters fired five shots into the air before running away. Tata Main Hospital has accepted the injured.

Kundan Singh, a resident of the Lal Building Railway Colony in the Bagbeda police station area of the Jamshedpur district of Jharkhand, was shot by criminals around 1.30 am on Friday.

The wounded person was brought to Tata Main Hospital, where surgeons performed an operation to remove the bullet. The injured man was unconscious, so the police were unable to question him. He very recently (15 days) got married.

ASP Sumit Aggarwal and the in-charge of the Bagbeda police station KN Jha arrived at TMH after learning that Kundan had been shot. I obtained information about the situation from Chandni Devi, the injured man's wife, and other people there.

Wife alleged these individuals

Ankit Kumar Singh, aka Jadoo, Amit, Ramesh Singh, and two other individuals have all been charged with shooting by the wife. Ramesh Singh is said to have fired shots with the intent to kill. He is the sibling of Ganja vendor Bablu Singh, who is currently incarcerated in connection with the murder of Sonu in Sanjay Nagar.

What caused the incident to occur?

According to Chandni Devi, Kundan's wife, several individuals attempted to open the door as they were getting ready to go to bed in the house. The thieves started shooting from the window itself when the door would not open.
