A stay on the ASI survey of the Gyanvapi mosque complex has been sustained by the Allahabad High Court, according to the most recent Gyanvapi Case Update. Prayagraj. For the time being, the Allahabad High Court has maintained the stay order on the ASI survey case in Varanasi's Gyanvapi controversy. The ASI assessment of the mosque has been halted by the court until August 3. The court will provide a decision on this matter on August 3. A hearing discussing the mosque committee's appeal to prohibit the poll was place earlier on Thursday.


The Allahabad High Court's bench headed by Chief Justice Pritinkar Diwakar is hearing the case. The state administration and the federal government are represented in court alongside the Hindu and Muslim sides' solicitors. There were also ASI representatives at the court. A hearing was held, ASI representatives stated at the hearing that they will in any event finish the survey work by August 4. The survey work won't do any damage to the mosque in any manner.


During the hearing, Vishnu Shankar Jain of the Hindu party requested permission from the judge to draw a graphic to describe the Gyanvapi campus. The ASI made it clear in its affidavit earlier in the court on Wednesday that the disputed premises will not be affected in any manner as a result of the survey.


On behalf of the Muslim side, the Allahabad High Court received certain images that showed sticks and other objects. The Allahabad High Court said, "Which community's posts are these? You know and tell us a single incident that after the decision of the court there But the surveying operation is going on," in response to the Muslim party's claim in court that they had been brought for digging.
