Banka: Youth who have completed grade 10 will now be taught agricultural skills as part of the Mukhyamantri Saat Nishchay Yojana. It will begin in a few Bihar districts as part of the skill development programme. In which three different agricultural practises will be taught to the young. The youngsters will receive free instruction, mostly in the cultivation of mushrooms and vermicompost. so that the young can create their own employment. Amit Kumar, a Kaushal Vikas Yojana counsellor, stated that the cultivation of mushrooms and vermi compost are provided at no cost. where a domain training is being offered, with a security charge of just Rs. 1000. After the training, that will also be given back to the candidate or trainee candidate.

A unique QR code has been provided for each district. Youth who are interested can apply for training by scanning the district's QR code.
