It will begin in a few Bihar districts as part of the skill development programme. In which three different agricultural practises will be taught to the young. The youngsters will receive free instruction, mostly in the cultivation of mushrooms and vermicompost. so that the young can create their own employment. After the training, that will also be given back to the candidate or trainee candidate.
