The issue with kanwariyas travelling from Bhagalpur to Godda has been handled, and the Panjwara Bridge's diversion has been fixed

Sawan 2023: On July 3, after a period of intense rain in Godda, the diversion of the bridge being constructed across the Chir River, which connects Godda and Bhagalpur, was destroyed. Currently, the diversion has been fixed by being filled with earth. If it rains, commuters may experience a small difficulty on the diversion route for up to 200 metres.

Godda. The devotees who travel to Godda's Ratneshwar Dham shrine by bringing water from Bhagalpur to Kanwar have excellent news. The Panjwara (Banka) diversion project on the Chir River, which connects Bhagalpur and Godda, is now complete. Kanwarias may now easily travel this path by boat to get to Godda.

Let us state that the district's rivers were in spate following the torrential rains that fell in Godda on July 3. The bridge linking Godda and Bhagalpur that was being built on the Chir River at the same time had its diversion destroyed. thereafter Godda-Bhagalpur's link was abruptly severed. As a result, on the first Monday of Sawan, the devotees who had carried water from the Bihar city of Bhagalpur Barari Ganga Ghat were uncertain of how to go to Baba Ratneshwar Nath Dham of Godda. However, it was fixed late Sunday night.

Currently, the diversion has been fixed by being filled with earth. If it rains, commuters may experience a small difficulty on the diversion route for up to 200 metres. Lalan Kumar, who completed the bridge diversion, said that this road has now been finished entirely. People will no longer have difficulties when providing water in Sawan.

Purushottam Jha, who was travelling to Bol Bam, on the other hand, said that this road had worsened just before Sawan. Consequently, there was a decline in the number of travellers. But it has now been corrected. It is anticipated that followers would now fill water containers to enter Baba's court.
