Harun, a junior engineer, the National Mission for Clean Ganga's Namami Gange programme will use a 14 MLD STP with I&D to reduce water pollution in the Yamuna river caused by filthy water running via the aforementioned drains. The proposal was accepted. The capacity of the aforementioned project has been established in consideration of the anticipated generation of sewage in Baghpat City throughout the ensuing 15 years and through the year 2036. The project's contracted cost for construction is Rs. 24,24 crores, and the cost for maintenance and upkeep over a 15-year period is Rs. 36,42 crores.
