Atiq Ahmed News: On 1731 square metres of land that Atiq Ahmed released from ownership, 76 units have been constructed as part of the Affordable Housing Scheme. On December 26, 2021, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed Bhoomi Pujan, and the chosen beneficiaries will purchase these flats for merely three lakh fifty thousand rupees. 76 apartments have received 6060 applications.

On June 8 or 9, a lottery will be held to distribute the apartments in Lukerganj that are currently being built. The PDA has begun making plans for the lottery and has already asked for people's feedback on the flats before the lottery. The data indicates that 339 objections had been sent to PDA in just 3 days. On Monday's final day, there have been more than 250 complaints submitted.

After carefully examining each objection, there will be a disposal today. On June 8 or 9, the lottery will then be selected. In the upscale neighbourhood of Shahal, Lukarganj, 76 flats have been constructed under the Affordable Housing Scheme on 1731 square metres of land freed from Atiq Ahmed's encroachment. On December 26, 2021, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed Bhoomi Pujan, and the chosen beneficiaries will purchase these flats for merely three lakh fifty thousand rupees. 


76 apartments have received 6060 applications.The apartment's construction is now complete. The ambition of the economically underprivileged folks to own their own home would be realised after the lottery is over. Even if the price of this one flat is exorbitant, it will be offered to the public with subsidies.
