The distribution of 76 apartments will take place on Friday via lottery, using Arvind Singh Chauhan, Vice President of the Prayagraj Development Authority. However, following verification, 1590 qualified applications were identified. The lottery will only accept these qualified candidates. The lottery drawing will take place on Friday at 2:00 pm in the theatre of the Allahabad Medical Association, as stated by Ajit Kumar Singh, Secretary of Prayagraj Development Authority. He stated that the lottery-based method of flat allocation will be entirely transparent and equitable.

During the May 2 civic elections, the CM himself travelled to Prayagraj and made plans to deliver the keys to the winners.
