Sakshi was present throughout the incident with her husband. Both had intended to board the Bhopal Shatabdi train at the station before the catastrophe. The victim's family claims that the energy department's incompetence caused the victim to pass away.


Case filed under "culpable homicide"

The Delhi Police has filed a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder in this instance. According to Sakshi's family, they also have two children who are now orphans as a result of this occurrence. After the tragedy, there is a lot of bitterness among the family members. According to Sakshi's father, the railway is to blame for this incident. Furthermore, according to his father, both of Sakshi's children narrowly escaped harm. A complaint alleging carelessness on the part of the responsible authority was received, according to a Delhi Police official, and a case has been filed under section 287/304-A of the IPC. The FSL, Rohini team is evaluating the area and conducting an inquiry. At the same time, the deceased woman's father, Lokesh Kumar Chopra, announced that they were travelling to Chandigarh.
