The United States stated Monday that some categories of international students would receive priority processing for work authorization requests. Many Indian students with F-1 visas looking for temporary employment in a field closely related to their primary field of study stand to gain from the decision.

For F-1 students seeking job authorization in the aforementioned categories, PTI stated that new online filing processes for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service, are now accessible. These new rules will make it easier for F-1 students to get a work visa.
