Famous Jaipur doctor has passed away: Dr. R.K. Gupta, the director of JK Lon Hospital in Jaipur, passed yesterday; he had been there since his stroke on February 2
Dr. R.K. Gupta, the revered paediatrician and superintendent of JK Lawn Hospital in Jaipur, passed away late last night. After experiencing a brain stroke, Dr. Gupta was brought to Sawai Mansingh Hospital's Neuro Surgical ICU where he has been staying for the past 1.5 months.
Individuals involved in the healthcare industry have sent their condolences in response to Dr. Gupta's passing. The SMS Hospital's medical staff reports that Dr. Gupta experienced a brain stroke on the evening of February 2. After that, he sent SMSes to his family members.
The surgery department's medical staff performed two procedures on him as soon as he arrived here. He then fell into a coma. Dr. Gupta was given extensive therapy, but he never fully recovered consciousness. He was moved from the Neurosurgery ICU to the General Medical ICU a few days ago. Dr. Gupta did not regain consciousness despite extensive medical intervention and all of the doctors' attempts. The medics say he went brain dead late yesterday evening. His family members were then made aware of this.
Let us inform you that on September 30 of last year, the state government appointed Dr. Gupta as the superintendent of JK Lawn Hospital in Jaipur. Dr. Gupta, a senior surgeon, also used to treat children's gastro-related illnesses. In addition to this, he was a senior professor in the SMS Medical College Department of Pediatrics.
