Information regarding the endowment auction of three bus stops in the Dhanbad zone and one in Sindri had been obtained by the Municipal Corporation. In this, just three bus stops could be put up for auction. No contractor agreed to submit a bid because the base price of the Bertand bus stand auction was too high.

The Municipal Corporation had obtained information regarding the endowment auction of three bus stands in the Dhanbad zone and one in Sindri, according to Jagran Correspondent in Dhanbad. This set the maximum base price for the Bartand bus stop halt at Rs 90,011,000. Despite the high auction sum, none of the contractors declined to submit a bid for the second consecutive year.

The municipal corporation has been charging a parking fee at the Bartand bus stop for the past two years. The gift of this parking lot cost one crore six lakhs in 2020. The base price increased as a result, reaching Rs 90 lakh.

The base cost used to be somewhere around Rs. 55 lakh. Maheshwar Mahato, an additional municipal commissioner, stated that it was impossible to resolve the parking situation at the Bartand bus stop. This will be put out to bid once more, and the Municipal Corporation will charge the fee in the interim.

This parking stands' endowment

• The base price is nine lakh 26 thousand from Shanti Bhawan to Tata Motors and Rajendra Market Kuan on both sides of the road. A nine lakh 38 thousand rupee bid by Abhishek Kumar Singh won him the parking. GST at a rate of 7.5 percent will be added to this.

Dilip Kumar Singh obtained the parking in his name by bidding five lakh 52 thousand 400 at the Old Market Water Tank Chowpatty, which had a base price of five lakh 49 thousand 400. GST at a rate of 7.5 percent will be added to this.

• Rajesh Singh got the parking in his name by bidding five lakh 86 thousand for the Pargabad bus, tracker, and vehicle stand, base price five lakh 70 thousand 881. GST at a rate of 7.5 percent will be added to this.
