• Before the Pension Adalat Pensioners click on the link, a link will be issued to the pensioners on their registered mobile number or email, in which the complaints would be heard through video conferencing.

• Pensioners must fill out the required form with their 12 digit PPO number, account number, address, mobile phone number, and email address.

• The top of the envelope containing the complaint must be marked with Pension Adalat if it is being sent via mail.

Who qualifies for the EPS-95?


Being an EPFO subscriber is a requirement if you wish to benefit from this programme. Any EPFO subscriber, or member, has a certain amount deducted from their salary each month and paid into their EPF account. The pension head receives 8.33 percent of this.

Additionally, the employee must have at least 10 years of service under the EPS 95 pension plan before receiving a pension. This programme has a 58-year retirement age. From the age of 50, an EPF member may also withdraw his EPS at a reduced rate.

• In the case of the member's death and in the absence of a family as defined by the Employees' Pension Scheme 1995, the member pays a nominee pension to a person who has been officially nominated for life.

• Pension to dependent parent upon member's passing, if no family or nominee is present.
