You know what you did...: Royal family should apologize to Meghan Markle, demands Prince Harry

Neither Buckingham Palace nor any royal insider has yet commented on the book

Prince Harry has claimed that his wife Meghan Markle deserves an apology from the royal family. Just days before the release of his blistering memoir 'Spare', he told the Daily Telegraph in an interview that "You know what you did, and I now know why you did it. And you've been caught, so Come clean. .. That's the saddest thing about it – it was all so avoidable. But they just couldn't help themselves. If you don't lead by example, what's the point of living?"

In his book, he detailed the many allegations against the royal family and the challenges he faced as an "extra" member of the family.

Prince Harry also said that all of this could have been avoided if the royal family had addressed their complaints sooner. He also alleged that the British media unnecessarily trolled his wife, Meghan Markle, for showing more favor to Kate Middleton. And for these reasons he is trying to stand by his wife.

Meanwhile, neither Buckingham Palace nor any royal insider has commented on the book. Even Prince William and Kate Middleton, who recently attended a royal event, sidestepped all questions about the book.

The book, Spare, published on 10 January, details many aspects of his life, including the challenges of growing up in the public eye, his mother's death, and his and his wife's healing. Harry also reveals difficulties in his relationship with the rest of his family, particularly with Prince William and King Charles.

Harry told the Telegraph that an 800-page first draft of the book was cut down to just 400 pages, and that he rewrote some of the events from his ghostwriter J.R. "It could have been two books, put it that way," he told the newspaper.
